A life that fits in one column

I'm Bakhtiyor; online, teiior. Born 13 September 2005 — Programmers' Day — in Tashkent. Today I run TEIIOR SOFT: five developers, seven products in production, and Alla, a platform we keep running.

How I got here

I started with things nobody asked for: a stock system for a friend's café, a gym bot, an unfinished e-commerce backend. In 2020–2021 I did C++ and Java at PDP Academy, then a year of Zaur Tregulov's Udemy courses, Java certification, SQL, Spring Boot. Two semesters of HarvardX in between.

2021–2024 I worked solo: my own projects, commissions, contracts. Cafe Warehouse came out of that. First time I shipped a finished product to a real client, and learned the hard part isn't the code.

What my days look like

The day mostly goes into writing code — still by hand, almost every day. Being director hasn't pulled me off the keyboard.

I still enjoy writing code. Five developers on the team; they grow, and so do I.
