What I lead at Bolalar Production — and what I build on my own

The official site for the Children's Content Development Centre. The centre's news, project info, and everything they publish to the world lives here. My first project with my name on it that wasn't a side experiment.

The first time my code went in front of real people. I remember the deploy.

A platform we use inside Bolalar Production to assign tasks across departments, track KPIs and keep one team's work visible to another. Replaced three spreadsheets, two Telegram groups and one habit of forwarding screenshots.

Saves a manager's Friday afternoon, every week.

The largest free, safe media platform for children in Uzbekistan — 1,500+ curated items: cartoons, films, books, songs, educational shows, games, lullabies. Built for kids aged 3–17 by BKRM under Presidential Decree PQ-183. We support it on the engineering side.

We didn't build Alla. We keep it running. Quiet, important work.

A paid platform where students will book consultations with PhDs and professors — dissertation editing, methodology review, defence prep. Work that used to live in Telegram group chats moves into one tidy product.

Talked to twelve professors before the schema was drawn.

A cafe chain ran on paper — daily reports, shift handovers and stock counts on clipboards and printouts. I rebuilt it as a small system. Bartenders count on phones, managers see daily summaries in Telegram, the paperwork quietly retired. The benefit was immediate.

Took something that lived on a clipboard and put it on a phone. The cafe felt it in the first week.
